Soldering required (black-silver version made by nVidia or PNY).

The complete black versions have a bigger ROM, but hardware is different, you can't use the stock Apple-ROM.

Moved Titan-X a notch higher.

May need to have a go with Titan-Z.

Oh, and Occulus RIft moved to a smooth 10, almost all across the board. Rift headset here within a week or two. Guess I'll be only one running one on a nMP in green section of capability...

Should flash fine.

If it is the black and red one, it is reference design.

All 4 ports should work, etc.

You will need to remove the resistor to get 5.0 speed.

Hi Rominator,

If the GTX 680 won't have sound, it's a no go either. But maybe it'll boot into Linux ?  

I will do some more research on the entire forum...

But for now, it seems the best option is to flash back the original ROM the card came with and p...

It's a pity that Apple is acting like a petulant 3rd grader.

They haven't updated GPUs in their drivers since 10.8.5

Like they WANT everyone to view OSX as a joke.

I hope someone can help me  Huh

I flashed (on 10.75) the slightly modded Version from Page 13. My Mac turned on and flashed the efi.
After my restart and got stuck with both CPU LED's on.

I tried all kinds of Reset (even removed the Battery for 1 Day)...
