What are the guesstimated odds that these firmware upgraded machines can run 10.12 when it surfaces in a few weeks?

I've a MacPro 5.1 / 10.11.4 / Nvidia 346.03.06f01 and a new Zotac GTX970 installed,
but it don't work :-(
What's my mistake?

Update: I fixed it, PRAM reset always help ;-)

Pretty big jump in subversion, from .6 to .10 wonder if they have improved metal driver, nop, mtldriver has exact same size as in 10.11.4

Could still indicate bugfixes? adobe apps would be the real test

I was hoping next driver we saw would bump the 346 because it'd have some pascal device IDs . Guess not yet!

it means one things. new top card will be faster than 980ti

titanx is another league tho, with 12 gigs of vram.

Can I upgrade to firmware 2 1 before upgrading my processors?  I have them coming but was wondering if that is possible.  I look forward to some responses.

you probably failed to restore AppleGraphicControl.kext from backup.

Imac should boot without egpu with original AppleGraphicControl.kext restored properly. Imac wouldnt boot at all if Appl...

Did run the script, restored the AplleGraphicControl.kext with kext wizard, still get stucked in black screen when booting with eGPU
